Most of my work involves people. I am interested in destinies, in the relationship between people, and between people and their surroundings. I often try to capture a moment and a mood in the figures that lives in my images. That one moment or expression where they stop and connect with us watching them. Sometimes my work works as a direct comment to an incident, but more often it is a collage, or dreamlike, composition that is open to interpretation.
My primary tools are the pencil or the pen. But I also work with watercolor, pastels, acrylic or oil-painting. All materials are light-resistant, and have been chosen to create pictures that will survive sunlight and other enemies of art for many years to come.
